Joelle served for 13 years in leadership, human resource and talent management roles. During her extensive corporate career, Joelle created and managed Talent Development and Career Development departments, providing career development and academic resources to support organizational strategic goals.
In leading workforce development and talent development programs, Joelle partnered closely with corporate executives to identify and leverage talent through human resources, talent development, career counseling, workforce development, employee engagement, academic partnerships and internship program development.
Joelle received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, her Master’s degree in Education, with a focus on Workforce Development, from the University of Arkansas and Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. Her ongoing professional development includes certificates in coaching, talent management, and career planning. Currently, Joelle consults as a career and leadership coach to help individuals discover their strengths and reach their career potential.
